JEANCKA-University Student community is a Research & ICTs policy Africa initiative to connect internet consumer and ICTs users among local citizens including rural & urban Young Orphans, Migrants, those in the Diaspora & with world entrepreneurs across regions and continents through technologies and capability including mobile Phones, SMS, Internet, Music, Film, Arts, ICTs & Micro-loans.

MEETING QUESTION:

How will African consumers, Internet & ICTs user services mobile phone, use benefit people with access to Broadband Network?

We will focus on Social network VoIP Calls & SMS mobile applications.

There will be focus on:

-An investigation of mobile applications,

-Software & Broadband demand use,

-Ways to look for daily expenses and price reductions,

-Creation of Employment opportunities

-ICTs in Developing countries including a focus on Burundi.
